DEPOSITS, RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

All reservations require a deposit in the amount of the first night plus tax.

Cancellation Policy:
Our Inn has a 72-hour cancellation policy year-round on all dates except for holiday weekends, Oktoberfest weekends, and the month of December (see below).  Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Date changes made within 72 hours of arrival may be allowed at the discretion of management, but the deposit on file will become non-refundable in the case of any future cancellation.

Holiday weekends, Oktoberfest Weekends, & December: 
A 2-week cancellation policy applies to these dates. Cancellations made within the 2 weeks prior to your arrival date result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Date changes made within 2 weeks of arrival may be allowed at the discretion of management, but the deposit on file will become non-refundable in the case of any future cancellation.

TRAVEL 

Leavenworth is a lovely place to visit in the winter, whether to hit the slopes or sit back and enjoy some Gluhwein!  When making a reservation for the winter months, please prepare for potentially snowy travel conditions over mountain passes and in town.  Our cancellation policies apply unless both Snoqualmie Pass and Stevens Pass are closed on the day of your arrival. Please visit Washington’s department of transportation website to ensure you’re prepared for safe travel.

WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY!

The Blue Elk Inn welcomes pups in all rooms for an additional fee based on room type (per pet, per night). This pet fee is non-refundable

Standard Room: First dog $20 (each additional dog $10)
2 or 3-Bedroom Suite: First dog $30 (each additional dog $15)

To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable time at the Blue Elk  Inn, we ask you to bring your pup only if you agree to the following:

  • My pet is well-trained and is not aggressive toward people or other animals.

  • My pet is free of ticks and fleas and is up to date with vaccinations.

  • My pet will be on a leash any time outside of our hotel room.

  • I will keep my pet out of the dining room and pool area.

  • If I leave my pet unattended in my hotel room, I will provide the front desk with a mobile number. I will return immediately to the hotel if there are any complaints about noise from other guests. Complaints from guests may result in additional charges.

  • I will clean up after my pet in the designated pet area and dispose of waste in outside dumpsters.

  • I will not bathe my pet in room sink or bath tub.

  • Should there be any pet accidents in my hotel room, I will notify staff as soon as possible to ensure the appropriate cleaning efforts are met.

Please keep in mind that we work very hard to maintain our grounds. We have a designated pet relief area on our property. Pet owners are responsible for injuries or damages caused by the pet. Excessive noise, cleanup, damage may result in additional charges to your credit card. We may also ask you to leave our property without refund.

PRIVACY POLICY  

The Blue Elk Inn understands the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about guests, callers to our reservation line, and visitors to our website. We collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. On our Website we do not collect personally identifiable information from Customers unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you reserve a room with us we will capture information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number to process your reservation. The primary purpose of capturing your e-mail address when you make a reservation with us is to send you a reservation confirmation. We safeguard our Customers' personally identifiable information by using industry standard practices.
